Good questions.
Useful answers.
The practical details of working together, from choosing a channel to agreeing on a scope.
01What can you help my business with?
My main focus is Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram, TikTok ads and Google Ads. I also offer content marketing and separate business analysis projects, including UML, BPMN, swimlanes, process mapping and technical documentation.
02I'm not sure which ad platform is right for me. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Select ‘Help me choose’ in the project form. We can look at your audience, offer, business goals, existing assets and budget before deciding which channel deserves attention first.
03Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. I have worked with clients around the world through Upwork, Fiverr, Instagram and LinkedIn. Projects can be delivered remotely, with communication and working arrangements agreed at the start.
04What makes your approach different?
I bring together digital marketing, a psychology background and more than two years of business analysis experience. That means looking at the person behind the click, the message they encounter and the process that follows.
05What budget do I need, and are results guaranteed?
The right budget depends on the market, offer, channel and scope. Advertising spend is separate from service fees. No specific return, number of leads or sales result is guaranteed; the aim is a clear plan, useful measurement and informed decisions.
06What happens after I send a project brief?
Your brief is saved for review. Zainab can use the contact details you provide to discuss the fit, clarify requirements and agree on a proposed scope. Submitting the form does not commit you to a paid service.
07Can I hire you just for diagrams or documentation?
Yes. Business analysis can be a separate engagement. Share the process or system you need to explain and the audience the documentation is intended for. The scope can include UML, BPMN, swimlanes, workflows, architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
08Is a WhatsApp number required with my enquiry?
Yes. The last step of the enquiry form requires your WhatsApp number. Include your country code. Your details are used to review and discuss this enquiry; submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
09What should I prepare before we speak?
A short description of your business, the problem you want to solve, your target market and any existing website, campaigns or documentation is a useful start. You do not need to share passwords or account access in the project form.
